Services Provided: SettleIQ offers an AI-powered case summary tool that analyzes user-inputted data about their accident to provide a potential payout estimate, average case duration, strengths and weaknesses of the case, relevant state laws, and suggested questions to ask an attorney. We also connect users with our network of specialized attorneys for further legal advice and representation.
User Data and Privacy: By using SettleIQ, you agree to provide accurate information about your case. This information will be used to generate a case summary and may be shared with our network of attorneys to provide you with the best legal advice and representation. Your data may also be used to improve the accuracy of our AI model. SettleIQ will store your data in perpetuity unless you request deletion by contacting hello@settleiq.co. We will not share your data with any third parties aside from our network of attorneys.
Communication Preferences: By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you opt in to receive communications from SettleIQ via SMS, email, and phone. All communication channels will include opt-out instructions and prompts for managing your preferences.

SettleIQ makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the legal advice or services provided. Our services are focused primarily on personal injury cases, including slip and fall, car accidents, wrongful death, product injuries, malpractice, and wrongful termination.
Fees: There are no upfront fees for using SettleIQ's case summary tool. If your case is referred to one of our specialized attorney partners and results in a settlement, SettleIQ will receive a percentage of the settlement payout and/or attorney fees.
User Conduct: Users agree not to misuse the SettleIQ service by inputting false information, attempting to manipulate the AI software, or submitting hateful, racist, or harmful content.
Temination: SettleIQ reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the service for any user found to be in violation of these terms.
